Step 1 - Start creating a new order

Head down to the "Dashboard" page and click on "New Order":

Step 2 - Select a Content type

The next step is to fill out the content brief of your order.

You can modify such content aspects, as:

  • Content type (Blog post, Outreach article...).

  • Language.

  • Main keywords (Most important topics of your content order).

  • Supplementary keywords (Supplementary topics).

  • Article intent (What you intend to achieve with this post, what's the ultimate goal of the reader).

A sample filled out brief can look like so:

If you have keywords from a .csv sheet that are divided by commas like that: keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3 - press the button on the right, and the field will accept your keywords automatically.

Step 3 - Generating a content brief outline

Content outline generation gives you 2 options to make your work faster:

  • Generate brief. This option will generate a brief using AI help. AI will be given your instructions given earlier in Step 2.

  • Generate unique brief. This option will also generate a brief using AI help, your earlier instructions will also be provided to the AI. This method, however, scrapes the Google Search results and analyzes top performing articles to enhance your article outline to make sure it ranks better by analyzing key covered topics, article length and other on-site SEO key areas.

Now, without editing any other fields, let's try to Generate unique brief:

Our AI assistant will give you suggestions for Content title, optimal word count, and content structure.

Keep in mind that AI gives you suggestions and you are free to edit your content brief before submitting an order.

After the brief is generated, you can scroll down and edit your order as well as copywriter instructions. Here's a sample of our generated brief:

Your AI assistant will always look to give you a bigger content outline and more ideas, which you can shorten, delete and concise into the ultimate content brief of your choice.

If you input the Title or Word count prior to generating a brief, the AI won't take that data into consideration. It generates a brief based on previous steps: content type, language, keywords, and content intent.

You can regenerate a content brief 2 times if you are not happy with the outcome.
